Cancellations

All cancellations must be received by 11.00am on the day prior to arrival. Cancellations received after this time will incur a charge equivalent to the total cost of the first night's stay. Non-arrivals will incur a charge equivalent to the total cost of the first night's stay, any remaining nights will be cancelled without prior notice.

Arrival & Departure

Your room will be available for you to check-in from 2pm on the day of your arrival and must be vacated by 11am on the day of your departure.

Should you wish to arrive earlier please contact reception to check availability.

Pets

We do not allow pets, however guide dogs are very welcome.

Reserving a Room

The management however reserve the right to any price increase, by first advising you of same and offering you the option to cancel. Whilst we cannot guarantee room availability, on receipt of your request we will do our utmost to accommodate you.
